The Hospitality Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming shelter environment for clients and staff. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing residential rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas; performing deep cleans after client move-outs; handling laundry and linen services; restocking supplies; assisting with meal service and food deliveries; assisting in the disposal of donations and trash as needed; and supporting overall facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, committed to providing respectful service to individuals from diverse backgrounds, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
