The Board of Directors of the Interior Alaska Center for Non-Violent Living (IACNVL) is pleased to announce the hiring of Erin Morotti as our new Executive Director. Erin will officially begin her role on October 30, 2025.
Erin Morotti brings both deep institutional knowledge and a valuable external perspective to her new role. During her previous tenure with IACNVL, she served in multiple capacities-including Overnight Advocate, Administrative Coordinator, and Finance and Operations Director-demonstrating her strong understanding of the agency’s programs and people. Since then, Erin has remained closely connected to the mission as a trusted financial and operational consultant.
Erin knows this work and cares deeply about the people behind it. She is committed to long-term service with IAC. Erin’s experience and dedication to empowerment and teamwork align seamlessly with IACNVL’s mission to promote safety, respect, and equality for all.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ana Barbosa, who has served as Interim Executive Director since June 2025. She will continue in her interim role through December 1, 2025, to ensure a smooth handoff and continued stability for our clients, staff, and community partners.
